Preparation

  • In a bowl,  pour it  apple cider vinegar  and water.
  • Dilute the apple cider vinegar well.

Application

  • Apply the mixture all over the hair.
  • With the hair well impregnated with the mixture, massage gently for a few minutes.
  • Cover your head with the shower cap and let it act for a few minutes.
  • After the indicated time, rinse the hair with plenty of lukewarm water.

Dandruff shampoos are usually one of their compounds of selenium disulfide. This substance, combined with the lightening effect of bicarbonate, helps to remove a dye.

Ingredients

  • Anti-dandruff shampoo (the amount needed)
  • 2 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate (20 g)

Utensils

  • 1 glass container

Preparation

  • Calculate the amount of shampoo you usually use for washing.
  • Mix with the sodium bicarbonate in the glass container until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Application

  • Apply this mixture to the hair as if it were regular shampoo.
  • Spread it on the hair, massage in, then leave on for 5 or 10 minutes.
  • Finally, wash your hair with plenty of water.

4. Lemon and olive oil

Ingredients

  • 4 drops of lemon juice.
  • Olive oil (amount needed).

Preparation

  • Mix the two ingredients in a bowl  .

Application

  • In the shower,  wash your hair as usual.
  • With shampoo, lather abundantly and let stand 5 minutes.
  • On the shampoo, apply the mixture.
  • Distribute it on the hair with circular massages  and leave to  act for  about 5 minutes.

  • Finally,  rinse the hair with plenty of lukewarm water.
