Preparation

  • The first thing you need to do is take a medium bowl and mix in the ground almonds with the icing sugar and powdered cinnamon in it.
  • Then gradually add the egg whites and lemon juice. Beat everything with a hand mixer until the mixture has a sticky but compact consistency.
